WHAT IS THE JUICY BODY PLAN?

The Juicy Body Plan consists of an initial basic 21 day food based detox for beginners on the journey to health and wellness, which omits certain foods from the diet that cause issues with digestion, inflammation, detoxification etc. Family friendly recipes for young and old!  (This is not to be confused with our in depth detox programme launching soon!)

WHAT CAN I EAT?

The plan is for 3 meals and two snacks which is ideally how everyone should be eating  for optimum health as it stabilises blood sugar levels stopping them from going up and down thus causing issues with energy slumps, weight gain and a Multitude of health issues that can ensue from that. A vegan option is included.

WHAT DO I GET?

You will receive  a comprehensive plan with recipes, exercises, strategies, hints and tips.

Plus more recipes in the Juicy Body Plan Support Group on Facebook, 1-1 support from myself as well as a community of other women and men who’ve been on the plan or just started in the group!

There is also an option to use a meal replacement plant protein shake TO BRIDGE THE GAP so you are not skipping meals or making poor food choices whilst at work or running around.
